LOVE FRAMES Terms of Service

LOVE FRAMES, operated by SOUL ANGELS Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “the Company”), has established the following terms and conditions
regarding the use of our photography plans. Please read and agree to these terms in advance.

● Reservation Fee
Customers are required to pay 30% of the total plan fee (as quoted by our company) as a reservation fee. If the reservation is canceled for personal reasons,
The 30% deposit is non-refundable and will be treated as a cancellation fee in the event of customer-initiated cancellation.The remaining balance must be paid in
full at least 7 days before the scheduled shoot.
● Arrival Time on the Day of the Shoot
Please contact us if you expect to be late. If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, your reservation will be canceled and a cancellation fee will apply.
Even with prior notice, late arrival may reduce shooting time or the number of photos.
● Costumes and Accessories
Some costumes and accessories may incur additional charges. You may bring your own outfit. If any damage or stains occur to the rented items, compensation will
be required. Please avoid excessive movements and follow staff instructions during the shoot.
● Changes and Cancellations
Cancellation fees apply regardless of the reason:
* 8 days or more before the shoot: 30%
* 7 to 4 days before the shoot: 50%
* 3 days to the day before: 80%
* On the day of the shoot: 100%
● Photo Data
* Final photo delivery will be approximately one month after the shoot.
* Basic brightness adjustments will be applied, but no retouching will be done on faces or bodies. If natural retouching of the subject (face or body) is requested, an additional charge of ¥3,000 per photo will apply.
* All delivered photos will be selected by the photographer, excluding closed eyes or duplicate poses. SHORT PLAN includes 50+ photos,
and LONG PLAN includes 150+ photos.Any post-delivery edits will incur extra fees—please share any specific requests in advance.
* Due to the nature of photo products (albums, prints, etc.), we cannot accept returns or complaints.
* Your photos will be delivered via download link. Please save them yourself. If the download period expires and our 30-day storage period has passed, we will no
longer be able to provide the files.
* We are not responsible for complaints based on subjective preferences regarding photo style or hair/makeup after the shoot. Please feel free to speak up during
your appointment. Kindly submit your hair/makeup reference images at least 7 days before the session.
● Damage or Loss
Customers will be charged for repair or replacement costs if equipment, props, or costumes are damaged or lost.
● Other Provisions
* If delivery of photos is not possible due to equipment failure or data loss, we will refund the fee paid. If staff cannot reach the shoot due to transit issues, we
will also refund the shoot fee.
* Desired shots may not be guaranteed due to weather or location conditions.
● Prohibited Conduct
Illegal activities, behavior contrary to public morals, and actions that disturb others are prohibited. Violations may result in removal from the premises or
termination of the agreement.
● Customer Property
We are not responsible for loss or damage of any personal belongings brought by the customer unless caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
● Accidents and Theft
We are not liable for accidents or theft occurring under the customer’s management. Please manage your valuables personally, as we do not offer safekeeping
services.
● Contract Termination by the Company
We reserve the right to reject or cancel reservations in the following cases:
1. If the customer is affiliated with organized crime or violates laws/public order.
2. If the customer is likely to disturb other customers.
3. If the customer behaves violently or makes unreasonable demands.
4. If we determine the facility or service cannot meet the customer’s expectations.
5. If the venue cannot be used due to force majeure or reasons beyond our control.
6.In such cases, the reservation fee will be refunded, but no additional compensation will be provided.
● Disclaimer
We are not liable in the following cases:
1. If the photo shoot becomes impossible or significantly difficult due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, acts of God, war, terrorism, civil
unrest, riots, fire, explosions, pandemics, or other force majeure events causing full or partial damage to the facility.
2. If the venue becomes unusable or significantly restricted due to downsizing or termination of operations by service providers.
3. If the venue is seized, demolished, or restricted from use due to the exercise of public authority based on laws and regulations, guidance from government
agencies, or official rules or directives.
● Use of Personal Information
Your personal information will be used strictly within the necessary scope to provide the requested services and conduct our business operations appropriately. It
will not be used for any purpose other than the following:
1. To contact you regarding your session, send updates about new plans, events, and surveys.
2. To share necessary details with designated partners involved in the shoot.
3. To respond to official information requests from public agencies such as police, tax offices, or courts, based on legal authority.
4. With your consent, to feature selected images on our website, social media platforms, or other promotional materials.
● Final Notes
1. To maintain and preserve the facilities and surroundings, changes or repairs may be made to buildings, landscaping, interior decor, equipment, or furnishings.
2. Matters not explicitly covered in these terms shall be handled in accordance with applicable laws and generally accepted social conventions.
3. Please note that responses to inquiries via phone or email may be delayed on our company’s regular holidays.
